We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal. All payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for international and/or large orders. Afterpay is currently only available on domestic orders.


Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a store credit. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy. If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: $15 for domestic orders, $20 for Canada, & $30 For international.

Under no circumstances can we accept a return in-store for an online purchase.

Customers may purchase a maximum of 3 items per style. Our products are intended for personal use only. If we suspect you are making purchases with the intent to resell, we will cancel your order and block you from making future purchases in our online store. If you feel that we have made a mistake in cancelling your order, please contact us.


Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. You may request to cancel your order but please note that order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend if they have entered the packing or shipment phases. Customers can cancel an order by contacting customer service here.

    If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days. If you do not see a payment reversal on your statement within 2 days, please contact customer service. *During high volume order days, order cancelations may not be possible.

    Address updates can be requested but are not guaranteed. We strongly suggest double checking information before submitting your order.


    All orders placed on Noahny.com are processed Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm EST and are shipped within 1-3 business days. Our warehouse fulfillment staff works to fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet the needs of our valued customers. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed as of the next business day.

      Occasionally we ship orders via UPS SurePost, which means that UPS hands off the final step of delivery to USPS. The USPS tracking ID is then added to the UPS tracking page.


      All orders made on noahny.com are subject to review. Inventory issues are possible, and an order received email does not ensure that your order will be confirmed. An order is confirmed only when the tracking is updated and the parcel is in transit.
