Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah NY is seeking an experienced Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing to oversee the website and online store. This role will report directly into our COO, but work closely with our Art Director, Head of Brand Marketing, and merchandising team to ensure optimal presentation and performance of our website.

Our marketing team is currently working in-office 2-days a week and from home for the other 3, but employees are welcome to use the office as much as needed.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Own the online business with responsibility for delivering DTC sales targets, customer acquisition and retention targets
  • Direct the day-to-day digital operations with responsibility for online sales, digital marketing efforts (SMS, email, social), go-live logistics, operating metrics, key performance indices, site marketing & maintenance, management of digital agency relationships
  • Develop and own promotional strategy to effectively balance customer acquisition with brand integrity
  • Develop performance marketing budget and develop digital marketing strategy and metrics, improving CAC while driving increased topline sales and profitability in tandem with COO/CFO
  • Partner with creative team on development of optimal brand ambassador/influencer/affiliate programs
  • Work with internal creative team and external resources as needed to develop and execute digital marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Manage back-end developers to support all website updates and custom functionality improvements
  • Develop digital marketing calendar and generate innovative ideas for customer acquisition campaigns that can be executed with the creative team with the purpose of enhancing customer acquisition
  • Work closely with COO/CFO and merchandiser to maintain appropriate inventory levels and merchandising for online store to ensure achievement of online sales targets
  • Continuously improve user experience through optimal UI/UX, including site navigation, checkout process and relevant content
  • Analyze and report on online sales – reporting daily, weekly, and monthly results to cross functional teams and develop key insights and actions to improve the business with CFO/COO
  • Oversee integration and maintain operational integrity of 3rd party applications
  • 7+ years of experience working in E-Commerce, Growth marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, & Attentive, and Shopify back-end integrations
  • Knowledge/interest in the men's apparel industry essential
  • Ability to be in-office 2 days a week (minimum)

Design Intern (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah is seeking a highly-motivated, organized and skilled intern to join our design team.

This is a part-time, in-office position with a requirement to be in our New York office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing and tracking product samples, fabrics and trims.
  • Maintain design CAD boards and seasonal line sheets.
  • Assisting with design CADs and tech pack development.
  • Researching and presenting new design concepts and collaborative partners.
  • Communicating and collaborating with Product Development, Production and Merchandising teams.
  • Maintaining and distributing organized notes from design meetings and fittings.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in design (or enrolled).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Strong interest in menswear and cultural activities surrounding Noah.
