Graphic Designer (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah NY is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our design team in Soho, NYC. This role will work directly with the Design Director and Creative Director. Main responsibilities include researching, concepting, ideating, and executing compelling seasonal graphics for apparel, accessories, trims and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have an aesthetic eye in-line with Noah's and strong design skills.

Responsibilities will include:
  • In-depth knowledge of the music world and the ability to carry concepts through into considered product design
  • Accurately depict hand-drawn sketches, graphic applications and ideas as digitally rendered line art, technical drawings, and other required art/illustrations
  • Concept and execute seasonal textile print designs to be applied to apparel and accessories
  • Partner with designers to co-create concept boards that communicate seasonal direction and design theme application to product line
  • The ability to research, conceive and pitch capsule ideas pulling from sources ranging from film, artists, photographers, books and magazines
  • Apply knowledge of production techniques to achieve desired graphic look and application to apparel
  • Create tech packs for vendors to properly execute
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Track and meet multiple deadlines. Own projects from concept to design to production
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience; knowledge of the men's apparel industry essential
  • Ability to be in-office 1 day a week (minimum)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe suite programs and Microsoft office tools
  • Strong knowledge of embellishment applications and techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other relevant field

Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah NY is seeking an experienced Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing to oversee the Noahny.com website and online store. This role will report directly into our COO, but work closely with our Art Director, Head of Brand Marketing, and merchandising team to ensure optimal presentation and performance of our website.

Our marketing team is currently working in-office 2-days a week and from home for the other 3, but employees are welcome to use the office as much as needed.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Own the online business with responsibility for delivering DTC sales targets, customer acquisition and retention targets
  • Direct the day-to-day digital operations with responsibility for online sales, digital marketing efforts (SMS, email, social), go-live logistics, operating metrics, key performance indices, site marketing & maintenance, management of digital agency relationships
  • Develop and own promotional strategy to effectively balance customer acquisition with brand integrity
  • Develop performance marketing budget and develop digital marketing strategy and metrics, improving CAC while driving increased topline sales and profitability in tandem with COO/CFO
  • Partner with creative team on development of optimal brand ambassador/influencer/affiliate programs
  • Work with internal creative team and external resources as needed to develop and execute digital marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Manage back-end developers to support all website updates and custom functionality improvements
  • Develop digital marketing calendar and generate innovative ideas for customer acquisition campaigns that can be executed with the creative team with the purpose of enhancing customer acquisition
  • Work closely with COO/CFO and merchandiser to maintain appropriate inventory levels and merchandising for online store to ensure achievement of online sales targets
  • Continuously improve user experience through optimal UI/UX, including site navigation, checkout process and relevant content
  • Analyze and report on online sales – reporting daily, weekly, and monthly results to cross functional teams and develop key insights and actions to improve the business with CFO/COO
  • Oversee integration and maintain operational integrity of 3rd party applications
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience working in E-Commerce, Growth marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, & Attentive, and Shopify back-end integrations
  • Knowledge/interest in the men's apparel industry essential

Head of Merchandising & Planning (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah NY is seeking an experienced Head of Merchandising & Planning. This role will report directly into our COO/CFO, but work closely with our Head of Design, store managers and head of E-Commerce. In the role we are looking for someone to drive product assortment strategy, line development, and continuously evaluate the performance of product releases in order to develop a short and long-term growth strategy and maximize sales & profitability in the business.

This would be a hybrid in-office/remote position with a requirement to be in office 2-3 days per week in our New York office.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Own the merchandising & design calendar to create and implement seasonal line plan by style to achieve business strategies and sales targets set forth by CFO/COO
  • Guide buy process to communicate design’s vision and ensure it reflects business strategy and hits production timeline
  • Manage and communicate cross-functionally to bridge design, product development and production to ensure cohesive processes and timelines
  • Manage and partner with the design team to build a balanced seasonal line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness
  • Produce weekly reports recapping sales by channel and product. Provide further detail at the product level to summarize performance by category, classification, color, material and price point
  • Assess wholesale and concession channels sell-through and establish action plans to improve them. Proactively engage wholesale and concession customers on re-order and stock balancing opportunities.
  • Supervise product flow to stores in partnership with logistics department to ensure qualitative product representation and optimal sales volume
  • Establish wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets set forth by COO/CFO
  • Build sales objectives for categories with CFO/COO
  • Hire, direct, and evaluate merchant hires as needed to lead departmental efforts to align with overall merchandising brand strategy
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience leading merchandising across multiple categories with experience in menswear strongly preferred
  • Experience working and leading within a small team and high growth stage environment where team size, infrastructure, and needs quickly evolve
  • High attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
