LA Sales Manager (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

As the Sales Manager of our Los Angeles location, you will lead all aspects of the business — driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and an elevated customer experience that reflects the values of Noah NY. You’ll set and achieve ambitious sales goals and KPIs, ensuring the store consistently meets profitability targets. Through data-driven insights, you’ll monitor performance, identify opportunities, and take proactive measures to optimize results. Beyond financial metrics, you’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of excellence — leading by example, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience that builds lasting customer relationships and strengthens our presence in the LA market.

Responsibilities include:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a diverse, high-performing team of sales associates
  • Manage scheduling and daily staffing to ensure optimal floor coverage and customer support.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  • Uphold all company policies and compliance standards, including health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Stay current on product collections, cultural trends, and brand initiatives to authentically engage customers.
  • Develop local marketing activations and community partnerships that increase brand visibility and traffic.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships within the local community to build a loyal and engaged customer base.
  • Champion a customer-first culture across the store, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, integrity, and expertise.
  • Build lasting relationships through personalized service and follow-up, driving repeat visits and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Collaborate with the visual team to ensure the sales floor is inspiring, cohesive, and on-brand.
  • Partner with the General Manager, Head of E-Commerce, NY Store Manager, Brand Marketing Director, and Director of Operations to align on product strategy, sales goals, stock swaps, and marketing rollouts.
Qualifications:
  • S5+ years of experience in retail, sales, or merchandising leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing a retail business and delivering sustained sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills with proficiency in Shopify, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams.

Junior Art Director (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

We are looking for a Junior Art Director to help ensure the brand’s visual identity remains cohesive and elevated across emails, social posts, and product storytelling — executing the team’s creative vision and objectives. You’ll be involved in every stage of the creative production process, collaborating closely with the design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to bring the brand’s vision to life across all channels.

This is a full-time, in-office position with a requirement to be in our New York office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Digital & Brand Marketing to present concepts for seasonal look books, brand campaigns, and key storytelling moments
  • Ensure all creative executions maintain a consistent brand image and meet strategic objectives
  • Manage product flat lay and on-figure PDP imagery, including on-set direction, external retouching, and final asset organization
  • Make sure all files are orderly and easily accessible to the global team.
  • Work with the Head of E-commerce and Brand Marketing Director to create cohesive weekly content rollouts, including site updates, emailers, social media, and blog posts.
  • Brief the external web team on blog layouts and creative site updates requiring development.
  • Design product emails, social layouts, printed materials, and other branded collateral to support marketing and retail initiatives, ensuring brand language is consistent throughout.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience within a brand setting
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Ability to research and compile visual references to develop clear concepts
  • Familiarity with web design principles and Shopify backend functionality
  • Understanding of current market trends and digital communication best practices
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of creative ownership
  • Passionate about maintaining the highest level of creative excellence across all brand touchpoints
  • Strong interest in menswear and cultural activities surrounding Noah
