Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah NY is seeking an experienced Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing to oversee the website and online store. This role will report directly into our CMO, but work closely with our Director of Operations, Art Director, Head of Brand Marketing, and merchandising team to ensure optimal presentation and performance of our website.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Own the online business with responsibility for delivering DTC sales targets, customer acquisition and retention targets
  • Direct the day-to-day digital operations with responsibility for online sales, digital marketing efforts (SMS, email, social), go-live logistics, operating metrics, key performance indices, site marketing & maintenance, management of digital agency relationships
  • Develop and own promotional strategy to effectively balance customer acquisition with brand integrity
  • Develop digital marketing strategy and metrics and oversee the performance marketing budget, improving ROAS while driving increased topline sales and profitability in tandem with CMO/CFO
  • Develop an online customer loyalty program and collaborate on our affiliate program with the marketing team
  • Inform the social media calendar (content and cadence) to optimize engagement and drive traffic to our site
  • Work with internal creative team and external resources as needed to develop and execute digital marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Manage back-end developers to support all website updates and custom functionality improvements
  • Develop digital marketing calendar and generate innovative ideas for customer acquisition campaigns that can be executed with the creative team with the purpose of enhancing customer acquisition
  • Work closely with CMO/CFO and merchandiser to maintain appropriate inventory levels and merchandising for online store to ensure achievement of online sales targets
  • Continuously improve user experience through optimal UI/UX, including site navigation, checkout process and relevant content
  • Analyze and report on online sales – reporting daily, weekly, and monthly results to cross functional teams and develop key insights and actions to improve the business with CFO/CMO
  • Oversee integration and maintain operational integrity of 3rd party applications
  • 7+ years of experience working in E-Commerce, Growth marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, & Attentive, and Shopify back-end integrations
  • Knowledge/interest in the men's apparel industry essential
  • Ability to be in-office 2 days a week (minimum)

Head of Production and Product Development (Noah HQ - New York, NY)

Noah NY is seeking an experienced Head of Production and Product Development to oversee all production and product development for our global business. This role will report directly into our COO/CFO, but work closely with our SVP of Merchandising and Head of Design.

This would be a hybrid in-office/remote position with a requirement to be in office minimally 3 days per week in our New York office.

Responsibilities include:
  • Own the product development and production calendar each season and enforce the deadlines with design and merchandising teams to adhere with product release and wholesale market calendar
  • Develop and execute seasonal sourcing strategies that meet the companies changing needs
  • Manage entire product development process from concept to production including constant communication with mills, trim vendors and factories to ensure every detail is clear and properly sourced
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure tech packs are completed in a and timely manner
  • Communicate all style details with suppliers and vendors to ensure all products are developed according to the brand aesthetics and quality standards
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and factories in prioritizing ethical, social and environmental compliance standards
  • Negotiate all prices and minimum requirements to ensure all products are developed within budget and margin targets set forth by CFO and SVP of merchandising
  • Project seasonal sampling product development budgets, monitor the costs and communicate the budgetary concerns when changes or late additions are requested which would jeopardize development budget set forth by CFO
  • Monitor the quality of all products throughout development, request and review TOP samples before shipment, and review customer feedback to identify problems or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure all samples are available on schedule with seasonal and ecommerce photoshoots
  • Work closely with logistics team to keep them aware of upcoming shipments and delivery deadlines
  • Maintain fabric and trim records by adding all fabric details, minimums lead times and costing into BeProduct PLM system
  • Share all tech packs with vendors and maintain up to date vendor profiles through BeProduct
  • Coordinate all sales samples with licensing partners and keep track of sample billing
  • 7+ years of experience leading global production and product development across multiple categories with experience in menswear strongly preferred
  • Experience working and leading within a small team and high growth stage environment where team size, infrastructure, and needs quickly evolve
  • High attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong knowledge of BeProduct, CIN7, & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
