  • When does NOAH restock products?

    We don’t typically restock but inventory is occasionally moved from one of our retail store to our online store. The best way to be made aware of product availability is to follow our Instagram (@noahclothing) and join our email list for updates and information on our Thursday releases.
  • How do I return something?

    You can return unworn items in new condition for a refund within 14 days of their original ship date, and for store credit within 30 days. Please click here to see our full returns policy, and enter your email and order number on that page to initiate the returns process.
  • Does NOAH provide return labels?

    NOAH does not provide return labels. You’re free to ship your return to us via any major carrier or the post office, but the cost of return shipping is not included.
  • When will my order be shipped?

    We strive for same-day processing on most orders, but please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation, especially during busy periods.
  • Does NOAH ship internationally? Which carrier is used and how long does it typically take?

    Yes, NOAH ships internationally via DHL Express, which usually takes 3-5 business days. Note that international shipments do not include import duties or customs fees.
  • How can I place a wholesale order?

    NOAH does not currently accept wholesale or dropship orders.

  • Where can I buy NOAH products in-person?

    NOAH products can be purchased in-person at our New York and Tokyo stores, and Dover Street Market’s London and Los Angeles locations.
  • Can I pick up a purchase in-store?

    NOAH does not offer in-store pick-up for any online purchases under any circumstances.
  • Do you have a telephone number?

  • I received a tracking number, but the shipment hasn’t moved.

    Tracking numbers are immediately generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 1-3 business days from this date for tracking updates.
  • Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees on NOAH purchases shipped outside the United States?

    All import duties, customs fees, or related charges are the buyers’ responsibility for any NOAH purchases shipped outside the United States.
  • My tracking number states that my package has been delivered but I haven’t received anything yet, what should I do?

    Please allow 24-48 hours after the UPS/DHL stated delivery time, since sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has still not been located after the above time period, feel free to contact us for assistance.
