Noah strives to create products that our customers love, keep for years and stand the test of time, but sometimes that is not the case. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items from your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds / Exchanges

Full-price purchases returned within 14 days of their original shipment date are eligible for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.

If you're outside of the 14-day refund window but within 30 days of the shipment date, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
All sale / off-season items are final sale.
Store Credit
Purchases returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit.
Restocking Fee
If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: $15 for domestic orders, $20 for Canada, & $30 For international.
Please note that shipping and handling is NOT refundable.
Noah NY reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
