The beginning of a heatwave, an early start time, and a distance that’s just a little bit more than average through the empty streets of central London with a group of people that just love to be active. These were the ingredients that made our inaugural run in the Shake Out Series a fun experience.

We started out at Dover Street Market London - the home of our UK Noah space - and got to the top of Primrose Hill. Eventually heading back down to end on breakfast with a view over the city at the Treehouse Hotel.

Beyond the opportunity to meet new people, and to encourage a healthy approach to life, it’s also good way to start your day!
