Introducing: Aprix Shoes

Aprix (rhymes with Grand Prix) is excited to announce its debut at Noah.

The idea first took shape twelve years ago, when Brendon and his friend Skinny (Michael Power) noticed a lack of new silhouettes in the sneaker market that matched the clean simplicity of the Vans Era or Converse Chuck Taylor.

The notion of creating a sneaker that took this approach epitomized their vision of the good life. It should be unstuffy but sleek, in timeless canvas, and at home near the water. It came to represent their desire to periodically remove themselves from the rat race, to commune with the zone where no dress code was required, where you won not by speeding up, but by slowing down.  Aprix would signify a specific idea of luxury: the luxury of time.

Aprix is the culmination of this enduring vision, utilizing Brendon’s evolving expertise and his opportunity to produce classic footwear using the best craftsmanship and materials.

Employing a canvas upper with a two-tone suede toe cap, heel counter, and pull tab, the APR001 combines its soccer-influenced silhouette with an exclusive, non-slip Margom sole. Designed to keep you steady on a sailboat, the sole features a razor-cut, gum-rubber bottom, hand-wrapped white foxing, and a vertically-striped toe bumper. Made in Italy. Aprix racing tag at outside quarter. Fully leather-lined.

An all-canvas upper in a clean tennis silhouette with a navy or green heel tab, the APR002 exudes effortlessness. Made in Italy. Aprix racing tag at outside quarter. Fully leather-lined.
