This wetsuit jacket is lightweight, super-flexible, and hand sewn by Sanko, one of the most respectable factories in Japan. Their RE fabric is the result of centuries of textile tradition. The material is made of a proprietary weave that reduces skin contact on the inside of the jacket, making it not only comfortable in the water, but easy to get on and off too. It's also extremely elastic, with 660% vertical stretch and 480% horizontal stretch, so you won't pull a muscle paddling out.
Made in Japan. Exterior: 87% nylon, 13% polyurethane. Lining: 80% nylon, 20% polyurethane. Full zip front with embroidered patch on chest and printed graphic on back. Raglan sleeves, underarm gussets, blind-stitched seams, scalloped hem.
Now that summer is here, our local waters are finally starting to warm up. If you're looking forward to ditching your full suit, the long sleeve, full-zip option is just right to keep the chill from sea breezes off your back, and keep you warm enough to stay in the water a bit longer. Our Rainbow graphic in the form of a chest patch and large print graphic on the back is meant to match the hot summer weather that allows this suit to be put to use. With a top like this and some swim fins, you're in the water catching waves in the purest way possible: bodysurfing.
